Terms and Conditions

By booking services with Memory Makerz LLC, the client agrees to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all rentals, services, and experiences provided by Memory Makerz LLC.

• A non-refundable retainer/deposit is required to secure the event date.
   
• The remaining balance must be paid in full 7 days prior to the event date
   
• Event time begins at the scheduled start time agreed upon at booking, not arrival time.
   

• All deposits are non-refundable.
   
• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
   
• If Memory Makerz LLC must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments made will be refunded in full, and liability is limited to that refund.
   

• Client must provide:
   
  • A safe, level, and clean setup area
     
  • Adequate space for equipment operation
     
  • Access to a standard power outlet within reasonable distance
     
• Memory Makerz LLC reserves the right to refuse setup if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.
   

• Client is responsible for ensuring guests treat equipment respectfully.
   
• Client assumes responsibility for any damage, theft, or misuse caused by guests or venue staff.
   
• Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be billed to the client.
   

• Additional time requested beyond the agreed rental period is subject to availability and additional hourly fees.
   
• Overtime must be paid before additional service time begins.
   

• By booking, the client grants Memory Makerz LLC permission to use photos and videos captured during the event for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event.
   

• Memory Makerz LLC is not responsible for interruptions due to circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to power outages, weather conditions, or venue restrictions.
   
• In the event of equipment malfunction, Memory Makerz LLC will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly.
   

• For outdoor events, the client is responsible for providing adequate cover and protection from weather.
   
• Memory Makerz LLC reserves the right to halt service if conditions pose a risk to equipment or safety.
   

• Memory Makerz LLC is not liable for injuries, accidents, death  or damages related to the use of equipment.
   
• Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Memory Makerz LLC from any claims arising from the event.
   

• Memory Makerz LLC shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, or emergencies.
   

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of North Carolina.
   

• Booking services with Memory Makerz LLC constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in full.
